Orders and Payment

• All prices are in US dollars
• Payment is required at time of purchase
• We reserve the right to refuse any order
• Custom commissions require a 30% deposit

Limitation of Liability

Art with Heart and Gifts shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the website or purchase of artwork.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Florida, United States. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Pasco County, Florida.
