• 30-day return window from delivery date
• Full refund for original artwork in original condition
• Store credit for prints and gifts
• Free return shipping for damaged items

What We Cannot Accept

• Custom commissioned pieces (final sale)
• Personalized or customized items
• Items damaged by customer
• Returns after 30 days

How to Return

1. Contact us at returns@artwithheartandgifts.com within 30 days
2. Include your order number and reason for return
3. We'll provide a return authorization number
4. Package item securely and ship back
5. Refund processed within 5-7 business days

Need a different size or style? We're happy to help you find the perfect piece. Exchange requests are handled on a case-by-case basis.
